To earn money, Marjory rents an apartment on their estate to millionaire Westerner David Lawrence who falls in love with her. Rejected by her suitor, Dallas Henley, Marjory accepts a marriage proposal from the man she considers a crude Westerner. After the marriage, David overhears Lawrence bemoaning his sister's sacrifice and decides to return West, but Marjory, faced with her husband's departure, realizes her love for him, and they face a happy future together.
